I'm a 4th generation Prescottonian. My family has a long history in the area and includes ownership of the historic Apache Lodge Motel, Halford's Café, and Halford Concrete. Family members have filled community roles such as Prescott City Councilman, Lawyer, Secretary of Yavapai County Cattle Growers Association, Railroad Engineer, General Contractor and still includes many working Cowboys.
After marrying my husband in 2008, I lived on many ranches throughout the State of Arizona and a few in New Mexico. In 2009 I joined the Kooiman Realty family as a part-time bookkeeper for the REO team and earned my Real Estate License in 2014. I have an amazing work ethic, am honest and knowledgeable of the area, and have a great sense of humor. Each real estate transaction is unique, and brings a unique set of facts and often obstacles with it. I excel at finding the answers to make each real estate transaction as seamless and efficient as possible and never leave you guessing. I hope we can work together soon!
