Getting it done! Very professional and helpful from start to finish.  Had some difficulty at the end with some unreasonable demands from our purchaser, but Tara persevered and stuck with us to get the deal done! Much appreciated Tara! I would highly recommend.

Our first house My wife and I were so lucky to have had Tara work with us in buying our first house. We both had no idea how it all worked and now feel both more knowledgeable and comfortable in the process of buying a house thanks to Tara. She walked us through the process step by step and worked diligently to make sure we closed before our lease was up on our apartment. The house we bought was a bit if a fixer upper so there were some hiccups along the way but she managed to keep us on track for closing. Thanks to Tara we now have a home that is our own and more knowledge about buying a house than we could've hoped for.

The Best Realtor! Tara Seis was terrific in helping our search for the perfect home in Prescott Valley.  We moved from Dallas, Texas in January and dealt with Tara since July in finding our perfect home.  She helpted us immensely with information since we didn't live close.  We took 3 plane trips to PV to work with Tara on searches. She previewed properties for us, even taking walk through videos of certain homes we were considering.  We ended up looking at over 20 homes in Stoneridge, Quailwood, Granville, and Pronghorn Ranch, eventually picking a home in Pronghorm Ranch with a million dollar view. She voiced her opinion during our search, only zeroing in on our comments and lists of "wants". She would stand back and wait for us to give opinions before entering the conversation.  After the offer and deal was confirmed, did she take over the process, ensuring a smooth purchase. She is an expert at this as well, helping us as we were in Texas through the entire closing process.  She always had our best interests at heart and was knowledgeable and helpful to the maximum!!! If you need a great sales person, not just good but phenomenal, pick Tara and the group at Kooiman Realty!!

Tara is a true professional I highly recommend Tara as a real estate agent. She is knowledgable, and diligent about finding properties. She listened when we explained what we wanted, and did the work to show the houses that best fit. This really helped make the best use of our time when viewing houses. She really does know the Prescott area, and answered many of our questions from memory. She was also very patient when showing the houses, and let us move at our own pace.  We took up a lot of her time touring each house with my Dad and Stepmom to make sure the house would work for them. Tara was kind and helpful throughout the whole process.  This makes her a true professional in her field, beyond being a really good agent.

Stellar service and great personality! We originally chose Kooiman Realty because Tara was the first real person to answer the phone when my husband was shopping around for PV realtors to help us sell our home in Dewey. We didn\'t realize just how lucky we were to have Tara as our agent until we started working with her. She's not only knowledgeable, she's quick to respond to questions, reliable, professional, and has the perfect personality to calmly deal with issues as well as joke with my husband who has an onery, dry sense of humor. Sedona! Not just Prescott but Sedona too!!!!  Tara is knowledgable, patient and customer focused.  She showed us many houses put with me wanting to make low offers and never complained.  We live 400 miles from Sedona and everytime we wanted her to set up appointments to look at houses she was ready.  Fantastic Experience and I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Perserverance & Dedicated Tara, being a fourth generation Prescottian, knows everything about the lay of the land and has an incredible vision of what you are lookng for in a home while matching you up where you may want to be. We had been looking for a new home for several months and she patiently kept us current with new lisitngs while we were trying to get our other home sold with a 425 mile differntial. What a crazy and stressful time this was! Amazing Service - Happy Home Owners We have been looking for real estate in the Chino Valley and Prescott area for over three years, but seriously looking for the last year. It is a brutal market out there. Tara has the patience of a saint. After many  bids on land/homes, we finally went into escrow. She kept us informed about everything and every possible situation.
